Burger King in Landshut

Delivered very quickly, unfortunately everything was cold! French fries partly still raw / frozen and the burgers cold, I also had the impression that they were not fresh. (Kept warm or warmed up for hours) I ordered in the afternoon .... A shame for the food!

Corona-related currently only outside service / drive-in, but great service and everything nice and hot and crispy brought to the door.

The quality of the burgers varies a lot. Drink requests, such as a simple cola or Fanta, can often not be fulfilled. My record is 5 times drink not available. (Cola, Fanta, Sprite, iced peach ... all from: D). Ketchup is also only available for a fee with a special menu (not at the train station, for example). It is always healthier not to go there ...

On the whole very, very tasty, I would also recommend delivering very quickly A small problem with us was that the burgers were cold and the burgers on the edge were very dry today, and I was given 50ct less. Otherwise very, very tasty has only happened once to me so far

Ordered 2 times in an hour 2 times received wrong delivery, the ordered brownies never came AGAIN

Am angry! Ordered twice there in the last six months and twice they just can't get the right goods out! The first time I wanted a veggi burger, what did I get? A double roll with a salad but empty! No patty, nothing. Ordered a Big Rösti Plant Based yesterday and what was in the bag? A perfectly normal Big Rösti, because I don't like the taste of it, it had to be thrown in the garbage can. If I were a vegetarian, I would slowly start feeling ripped off.

I can only report on online orders and that is a real disaster, up to 2.5 hours waiting time, but it is already there after 30 minutes. That is not an isolated case, with 5 orders you need 4 times over 2 hours ... what is going on here??☹☹

Looking forward to the special offer on the BK homepage, try another burger. When they arrived in Landshuter BK, they didn't have the disappointment. Again, because it wasn't the first time.

Food arrived over an hour late and was freezing cold. Drink was also forgotten. Supplier said only with a shrug, not my problem.

I ordered something from their delivery service and everything worked, they were very friendly, the food was warm, the waiting time was okay and although I made a mistake on the house number, the driver Alessandro was nice and took it with humor. Was very satisfied!

It is not possible for the staff to cancel an individual item from a Drive In order although it has not even been paid for! I was almost forced to take this item anyway, otherwise the entire order would have to be re-entered, according to the staff !? That was an uncomfortable discussion with the employee and I will definitely not buy anything from you in the future. Badly trained staff and then also unfriendly and sloppy. This is an absolute no go!

Was today around 5 p.m. at Burger King with my daughter who is 4 years old and we ordered something and paid and who was at the cash register gave me the rest she gave me a torn 5 € bill and I made her friendly asked if she could please change it for me and she was so aggressive and unfriendly then she got me small money what does the cashier give me a € 1 piece that you didn't know if it was € 1 she was so black it was is not normal for me I hope that the camera has recorded everything and that the chaf / in can see it unfriendly

This shop is a disaster. The employees hardly speak German, even the alleged boss on the phone does not speak German. The delivery was totally wrong. The burgers were wrongly booked despite a control call after my order. The missing burgers were delivered took a full 45 minutes for a distance that takes a maximum of 10 minutes. Never again Burger King in Landshut !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to complain about the boss to the head office.

Living up to Burger kings standard. Can't fault them. Food is fast and tastes the same as every other burger King I've had and service is efficient.

Sensationally bad! Still no delivery after 1.5 hours and 3 calls. And the last call is not even accepted. One is only comforted - in 10 minutes at the latest - confirmed twice. It has been 40 minutes since then. Bad service and bad organization have a name: Burger King! Thank you very much ? Addendum: My calls were no longer accepted - even after ringing 30 times. Simultaneous call from another phone - was accepted immediately. Simply bad service!

French fries and onion rings are available from B.K. better than anywhere else, the flame grilled double whopper also tastes great. However, I leave out cheese and white sauce (it doesn't belong on a burger in my opinion).

Have been waiting for delivery service over an hour now, and still no notification about the status nor answer to my call.

Normal burger King bit slow
